TVs complete each bedroom and the Living Room and have Spectrum as well as Chromecast for streaming your favorite programs! The villa is complete with washer, dryer, and dishwasher! There are beach towels and a few beach chairs for your use while you stay in our villa! Our villa is best suited for business travelers, romantic getaways or mature groups. The Rear Master bath includes a gorgeous tile shower and new vanity. The split floor plan for the dual Master suites is perfect for peace and quiet! The private newly remodeled baths provide a spa-like retreat for each bedroom. The twin sofa sleeper in the screened-in room adds an additional sleeping quarter in this sleeps 5 villa.
The living room flows onto the newly screened-in, enclosed and climate-controlled room that doubles as a quiet reading space or place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail before bed.

This gated community includes 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, picnic/BBQ area, basketball court, and beach with a pier. Please note: outdoor pools close for the season on Oct 30. If you prefer larger waves and umbrella lined beaches, there are public beach access points just minutes from the Spa.
